Swiss Type Machining Examples

With our Swiss machining capabilities we are able to produce many specialty parts for all types of applications. With Cross Milling, Drilling, C Axis and a Sub spindle, secondary operations can be completed at the primary machine. Very close small diameters and long length to diameter ratio shafts with close tolerances can be produced with the quality you can count on.

CNC Lathe  -  Live Tool Samples

Our CNC turning machines fitted with Live Tooling, Sub Spindle and full C Axis spindle control allows us to perform secondary machining operations such as Milling, Drilling and Tapping within the primary lathe machining center thereby eliminating additional processing and handling to further reduce your cost.

Shaft Machining Examples

We all know that shaft machining can be somewhat complex. If it requires keyways, drilled and tapped holes, counterbores, milled flats, tapered turns, knurls, threads or any other feature that some specialty shafts often require then we can do it. Machined Casting Examples

Secondary machining of all your castings can be performed on any number of our machines. Using our expertise we can design and build special jigs, fixtures, chuck jaws or collets to secure parts for machining. Whether your parts are Sand Investment Cast, Gray Iron, Ductile Iron, Aluminum, Carbon Steel or stainless Steel we can machine your castings cost effectively.

Machined and Welded Assembly Examples

Many times you find some parts that must be mated together then welded to make one unit.  Often times there is no other cost effective way. Depending on the application most machining is performed prior to welding, however some parts will require machining or polishing after the welding process to clean up the welded area or to eliminate any warpage that may have occurred.
